About Department

The Human Resource (HR) Department focuses on developing skilled professionals who can manage people, culture and organizational growth efficiently. The program combines practical learning, industry insights and modern HR tools to prepare students for careers in recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, training & development and workplace leadership.

Students benefit from in-person sessions on campus, interaction with industry professionals, entrepreneurial support and personalized career development. Through real case studies, HR analytics, labor law applications and strategic HR practices, the department ensures students graduate as confident and future-ready HR professionals.
